Color-filling |
With color-fill, we deboss a printed
image into vinyl or metal. Great for emblems.
Debossing |
With this process we press into a surface (occasionally with heat) to set an image down into the surface of a product. As with embossing, this is most often used on leather and paper substrates.

Die-casting |
Here we inject molten metal into the cavity of a carved die (or a mold) to obtain the shape you want. Often used for key chains, emblems, ornaments, and many custom shapes.
Die-striking |
This is the method used to produce many emblems and other flat promotional products. Here a blank metal sheet is pressed upon by a platen that holds your die shape.
Embossing |
The opposite of debossing, here we press the image in relief so that it raises up off the surface of the product.
Etching |
Using this process we remove a thin layer of the surface of your product by to reveal your message, image, and/or logo. You will often see this used on drinkware and awards.

Hot Stamping |
Here we take a hot metal plate that has been molded you’re your image and press it into your printing to achieve a debossed effect.
Laser or Foil Stamping |
Usually applied to paper, leather, or vinyl surfaces, this process takes metallic or colored foil and presses it into with a deboss and with heat.
Pad Printing |
Here we use a silicone pad carrying your image in special inks and press it directly onto your product. This method of printing can place an image on nearly any surface ~ from a golf ball to a coffee cup. Some have even imprinted their logo on a walnut.
